The "Notanote User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "this Agreement") and its terms are established when you download, install, and play Notanote. This document describes the rights and obligations between you and this software and zzzProject.
Please read the contents of this agreement carefully and fully understand each clause. This agreement contains important terms related to your legal rights. If you have any objections, do not download, query, directly or indirectly use, or access zzzProject's games and services in any way. Once you confirm the download and register an account, start using or continue using it, this agreement becomes legally binding between you and the software and zzzProject, meaning you fully agree and accept all terms of the agreement, which has contractual effect.
If you have not reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence or are not a person with full civil capacity, you should read this agreement under the supervision of a guardian.
> "You", also referred to as "Player" or "User", means an individual or entity that downloads, installs, uses, or accesses zzzProject's games and services through legal channels.
> zzzProject, also known as ZzzProject Team (Dreamwalking Production). zzzProject generally provides services through its own website and platform, as well as partner/authorized websites and platforms.
> Notanote or "the (this) game", refers to the game Notanote developed by zzzProject, including but not limited to the game software itself, related documents, materials, updates or patches, websites and servers provided by zzzProject (such as social media, official websites), and promotional media related to the game (videos, images, audio, text, etc.).
> Notanote-related content, or "content related to (this) game", includes but is not limited to the Notanote game itself, code, works owned in full or created by members of zzzProject and for which they have obtained usage rights (including but not limited to art works such as illustrations, character designs and their standing images, animations, titles and logos, game icons; music works such as some tracks, sound effects, background music; textual content such as stories, character names, dialogues), game concepts and operation methods, virtual goods, game IP, and other relevant content provided by zzzProject's services.
Subject to your agreement and acceptance of all terms of this agreement, zzzProject will grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-profit use nature, revocable, changeable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to download, install, play, and access this game and provide necessary related services. The validity period lasts until either you or zzzProject terminate this agreement.
Without authorization and permission from zzzProject, you may not use Notanote and related services, game IP, etc., for commercial or profit-making purposes under any identity of individuals or groups.
zzzProject reserves all rights not granted to you under this agreement.
1. Obtain, download, install, use, and access the game or service on platforms or websites authorized or partnered with by zzzProject. You need to equip yourself with devices required for the normal operation or access of Notanote and its related services. In this process, you need to pay for any expenses or data fees involved in agreements or contracts with other agents (platforms, service providers, network operators, etc.) on your own.
2. Normally play Notanote, access and use the services provided by zzzProject and Notanote-related content.
3. Use Notanote-related content for personal, legal, non-commercial, non-profit, non-malicious secondary creation or gameplay streaming. Specific situations should comply with Notanote content creation rules.
You can obtain relevant software through zzzProject's own website or authorized or partnered websites/platforms. If you obtain any game or file with the same or similar name as the software developed by zzzProject from any unauthorized third-party website or platform, it will be considered that you have not complied with this agreement, and zzzProject cannot guarantee that the files you download can run or be used normally, and will not be responsible for any losses you may incur.
Depending on the policies or regulations in your region, zzzProject may modify or restrict your access or use of certain game-related content or parts of the service content. If certain content does not pass the review of the relevant platform or website or does not comply with local laws and regulations, zzzProject will not be able to provide part (or all) of the service for users under such circumstances, or only provide a modified version.
zzzProject may provide fixes, updates, or upgrades for the game and service. We recommend that you continue to use the service after installing the latest version. Failure to timely adjust the relevant version may lead to your inability to use Notanote and its related services normally, and even result in irreversible loss of your game data. In some cases, zzzProject may perform remote updates without notifying you; we suggest you agree to this service. If your device prohibits automatic updates, it may cause the game or service to fail to operate or be used normally until you manually update.
If you disagree with or violate any term of this agreement, you will no longer have the authorization and permission from zzzProject. You must stop using or accessing any Notanote-related content and services provided by zzzProject.
1. Abnormal damage to the game server, sudden software or hardware equipment and electronic communication device failures, third-party-caused line abnormalities, or other problems causing the relevant services to fail to operate normally;
2. Irregular server checks, repairs, or updates, core software and hardware updates, adjustments or updates to service content, etc.;
3. In emergencies according to the law, involving the personal safety of users or third parties;
4. Other third-party reasons or force majeure.
To the extent not in violation of applicable laws, zzzProject reserves the right to partially or completely cease operating Notanote and providing related services if deemed necessary. An announcement will be made 30 days in advance of termination. Regardless of the reason for terminating the service, users should take necessary measures to handle virtual data and items within the game. Users may not claim compensation from zzzProject for any unused virtual data or items or losses due to the inability to continue using the account or game.
1. Whether for profit or not, resell, rent, sell, sublicense, copy, reproduce, transfer, develop secondarily the game and its related content;
2. Create or release derivative works by unpacking, decompiling, decomposing, adapting, copying, etc., part or all of the game's content;
3. Intentionally or unintentionally remove, alter, disable, limit, or evade any copyright information marks or icons contained in the game and other original or original information, labels, statements.
4. Create, promote, use, share, or publish any form of files and materials related to the game and its related content that may violate other agreements or requirements (including but not limited to: violating confidentiality agreements, infringing on relevant intellectual property rights, invading relevant personal privacy rights, violating relevant laws or policies, spreading pirated or counterfeit software).
5. Obstruct, block, modify, misinterpret, interfere with the normal operation of the game or the normal use of personal or third-party networks and related services in any form;
6. Spread any illegally modified game-related files in any form, including but not limited to special saves, special trainers, software or programs with attack or cheating nature, etc.
7. Use zzzProject's related services or game-related content in any form to carry out attacks, insults, threats, defamation, harassment, infringement, harm, discrimination, or any behavior that violates local laws and policies against any third party individually or group;
8. Collect user personal information and other data in any way using zzzProject's related services or game-related content without authorization from zzzProject;
9. Impersonate zzzProject members or improperly use zzzProject's services or game-related content to send false information or notifications to zzzProject members, representatives, partners, or authorized parties;
10. Violate any applicable laws, policies, or regulations.
All rights, ownership, and intellectual property contained in or relating to this game and its related content belong to zzzProject or its licensors. This game and its related content are protected by national and international laws, copyright treaties and conventions, and other laws.
In special cases, the game may contain certain licensed materials, and at that time, zzzProject's licensor may protect its rights when this agreement is breached. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, zzzProject explicitly reserves any rights not granted to you under this agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, improper dissemination of the game and its related content may violate applicable laws and be subject to legal action.
This agreement does not grant any ownership or ownership rights to the game and should not be construed as selling any rights in the game.
A very small portion of people may experience seizures when exposed to specific light patterns or flashing lights. This condition can occur due to undiagnosed epilepsy symptoms, even if the person has no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has had similar symptoms, please consult your doctor before playing the game. If you experience any symptoms during gameplay, including dizziness, disorientation, eye or muscle twitching, loss of consciousness, loss of direction, convulsions, or uncontrollable movements, please stop playing immediately and consult your doctor before continuing.
zzzProject cannot compensate for injuries resulting from such occurrences.
zzzProject reserves the right to update, modify, supplement, delete, etc., this agreement. When necessary, zzzProject has the right to update this agreement and notify it on relevant pages and platforms. You can view the latest version of the agreement terms on relevant pages and within the game.
If you agree to the changed agreement, you can continue to use the games and services provided by zzzProject; if you do not accept the changed agreement, you should immediately stop accessing or using the related games and services.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
In case of disputes arising from the performance of this agreement, both parties should resolve them through friendly consultations; if consultation fails, either party has the right to initiate litigation in a court with jurisdiction.
If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.
This agreement is available in multiple language versions. In case of conflicts between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
The headings of some clauses are for reading convenience only and do not have actual meanings and cannot be used to interpret the content of this agreement.
In general, if a user or zzzProject does not exercise, does not exercise promptly, or does not fully exercise some rights under this agreement or related legal rights, it should not be regarded as waiving those rights and does not affect future exercise of those rights.
In general, data, technical issues, and relevant content identification mentioned in this agreement are judged based on the information owned or stored by zzzProject.
zzzProject reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, update, reasonably interpret, etc., this agreement.
